Wellll yesterday we finished up drums for what we thought was the last track of the album… but then we ended up writing another song! So today Mikey is going to finish up drums for this newest song, and then we’re going to review all of the drum tracks to make sure we’re not going to redo any…

A new tour of the now-improved CoRa recording studio a.k.a. bedroom studios.

My fav music of 2010. I’ve been discovering a lot of new artists this year once again. Thanks to last.fm, mostly. I shall comment shortly on some of those artists. A lot of them have been among my favourites for, like, ever, but not all of them.

It’s a little embarrassing to be my own most-listened artist of the last year… then again, a) I just love my own music haha, b) it’s important to listen to your own stuff a lot in order to learn it. Other new developments in the list include Circa Survive, Cloudkicker, The Final Sigh, In Fear and Faith, Demians, Karnivool and The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza. Although I’ve been listening to most of these for a longer time, they have all released new albums or at least some material in 2010 and they’re all fucking amazing. I actually just recently found Demians, but it’s very good music and just like me, a solo artist doing all the work by himself. Impressive stuff. If you need music, check out the bands just named, especially their newest works.
